In 1948 – founded handball section of Crvena zvezda, first coach was Miroslav Pavlovic
In 1948 – won second place in Serbian championship in handball
In 1949 – founded handball club Crvena zvezda
In 1949 – founded Handball federation of Serbia
In 1955 – won first champion title of Yugoslavia
In 1956 – won first double crown in history of Yugoslavian handball
In 1958 – won second place
In 1960 – won third place
In 1996, 1997 and 1998 – won three champion titles in a row
In 2004 – won double crown after final games with Partizan in play off and Cup of Serbia and Montenegro

Handball club Crvena zvezda has always belonged to the top of Yugoslavian handball and it is the only team which never left company of the best teams in the country.
